It was a good trip, but a lot of the amenities at the hotel were shut down because they were under construction, including the restaurant, which is one of the reasons I booked this hotel

We’ve stayed here many times in the past decade and preferentially choose the Westin bc we love it, but this time, it was unimpressive at best. The place just felt strained and sort of underwater, which is concerning. Maintenance and front desk staff were very helpful in trying to fix the a/c in our room that wasn’t working, but it was ultimately not resolved until the following morning and we only stayed one night. Restaurant is under construction, but there was a stop work order on the door seemingly due to lack of permits required? Seems like a major management issue. Thomas in a the makeshift bar was excellent ; we were glad for his company and service.

I booked reservation through expedia i got there for check in ,the reception was rude saying my reservation was canceled but wasn't, instead of helping they rude saying saying thats non of they business, i stayed there for 1 hourroom was smelling ,i will never recommend this place
