Needs work!
We checked in very late and had to be on the road by 6 or I would have demanded a different room or refund. The room smelt terrible. There were holes in the carpet throughout the room, the thermostat didn’t work- it was so hot! And the bedding for the pull out sofa bed was used (dirty) thankfully we had a few extra blankets and a pillow we packed to have for use. The two queen beds, the mattress was so worn out that even the slighter movement caused a loud squeaking noise so anytime someone moves we all woke. We have stayed here every year for the last 4 years and never had anything like this- which is why I was so surprised and very very disappointed. This room was terrible

I love staying overnight at this hotel ! The rooms are clean and fresh and the showers are amazing ! Very relaxing environment to sleep in and very comfortable furniture to relax on, the hotel staff treats me like family every time I book a room here so I feel very at home at this Hotel !

Just ok.
1st room had no hot water we got moved. 2nd room was ok, did not look clean, lamp shades dirty, bathroom floor and tub had stains as if the hotel was really old, and , ac air smelled bad. Personnel were really nice, they did offer a night stay due to the inconvenience of changing rooms.
