Shower door was broken and never fixed it, there was a used condom on the ground for the entire week (staff passed it daily and left it on the ground), staff was alright but not worth catching an STD to stay here

I thought the bedding and bathroom were clean, I didn't really use the kitchen, but it looked ok. The bathroom cabinetry is old and needs remodeling. The carpet was a bit dingy, and the cloth sofa had a big spot on the seat cushion. Your staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Walls in 1111 are visibly soiled and discolored. Guest bathroom sink is leaking out the handle. Stains on duvet. Liquid splash evident on headboard, TV, living room couch. Top surfaces dusty with months of dust collection. Sink in guest room was soiled revealing the room was not sufficiently cleaned. Trash cans not available in bathrooms. Worn carpet and furniture beyond its reasonable life expectancy.

Close to airport and many shops on Mac Arthur. My rooms was decent size two Deron suite with two bathrooms,kitchen refrigerator and microwave. With this price it’s a very good deal. Carpet was worn out and although rooms was clean it’s carpet made it look old and dirty. That needs to be changed. Front desk staff was very cooperative and caring. They responded to any complaints or request promptly.
