Fantastic location in the center of everything!
My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot! The reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and spacious. We appreciated that there was a wonderful breakfast that was included in our stay. Although, there is no elevator and we did not like the unpleasant smell in the stairwell….of course that just minor issue, please don’t let this not booking here.

Stay in a small cozy corner of Florence.
Very large room, it would sleep four comfortably. Bathroom needs done updating. The fan stays on after leaving the bathroom. No body lotion. Minimal but fine for a night. Staff great, breakfast fine, checkin very easy.

Our stay was awesome! The hotel was in area with restaurants and bars..jewelry store. Leather shop..and best of all, a gelato shop almost at our front door!!!the staff was outstanding..very helpfull and kind. The owner was there when we checked in and he was very accommodating..he made us feel special!

The room we had was large and clean. The breakfast was so nice and made a great start to the day. The location is awesome. Walking distance to everything and the staff are great. So nice and helpful. I will happily stay here again if I am am ever lucky to be in Florence again. Just with a lighter bag next time to handle the stairs.

Great location !
Great location and friendly staff . Easy walk to restaurants and famous sites .No lift , which was advised, hard work with a large suitcase . Great breakfast and service , could do with proper cups in room for a cup tea or coffee (only small plastic cups supplied ).

This was a great place to stay while in Firenze, the staff here are very friendly, understanding and good people. Special mention to Daphne who was so warm and welcoming, it really made us feel comfortable and safe. The hotel is walking distance to most of the main sites including the “Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze” (Michelangelo’s David is here), and which is a 4 minute walk and “Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore“ which is also about a 5 minute walk - just two of many nearby sites. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean hotel but not ideal for summer
The hotel and staff are very polite. Before our trip they contacted us to remind us that there is no elevator and we need to climb 2 floors with our luggage. We were fine with this. Major complaint was the lack of AC. We went to Florence in the peak of summer but the room was no comfortable to be in and was just as warm as outside. We were instructed to put the AC no lower than 20 or else it will freeze. Did not help. Other than that, the hotel is nice, clean and good to have a free breakfast. I assume it would be a better stay if you’re coming when it’s not blazing hot
