The hotel itself is getting old & everywhere is falling apart/run down.. our room is worst! I was so disappointed but then they gave us a much nicer room facing the water but still this hotel is 30 yrs old and it’s falling apart.. needed a whole of fixin! Time for a Renovation!

Loved the property, amenities and staff were very hospitable! Beautiful beach and cove,swimming pool, delicious food! Only hiccup was A/C broke on our 2nd night and was not fixable. A true 5 star oasis away from the grime of downtown Cebu! You’ll feel Iike royalty but I had a few hiccups—the toilet didn’t flush, my room service attendant brought a bottle of wine and left it with me closed as she advised she couldn’t open it. I asked for room service plates to be picked up after I finished and they didn’t come so I left my plates outside the door and they stayed there for over a day. Still, the breakfast spread was great and the hotel is lavish.
