We had a great stay. The parking was convenient and about a block and a half away. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The room was great, although the water was not hot. Perfect location and walking to everything!!! Tons of options for dining!

I chose this hotel because of location and my late arrival.On Hotels.com this hotel advertises a 24/7 front desk however after booking I received numerous email stating that if I was to arrive after 6 pm to contact the property beforehand. This proved impossible for me and for the help desk at Hotels.com. Eventually ( on the scheduled morning of check-in) I received a message saying someone would be there to welcome me. This mix up offered me hours of worry and consternation that were not necessary if the hotel services had been described correctly on Hotels.com

The staff is not very nice . We wanted to see a room before reserved here …. « you can go wherever else you want «  . No smile , no hello …just a strange look at us (I’m not American and my girlfriend is Mexican ) . The rooms are not clean at all . Just a towel . Cleaning outside …hum . I saw 2 days the dishes left besides the elevator which brought ants everywhere .

The staff, especially Ysa, was wonderful. The room size quite large. You had to call the desk to get hot water several times during our stay. One morning there was no water at all. When it rained the front entrance floods badly. Levelling the ground, or building a walkway would probably help.

First they wave me a room and the toilet was flooded so they changed me to another room. Then two men tried to open my door at 3:00 am they said only “sorry madam it was a mistake”, I was very very scared. They did not update their system that was the problem. Me dieron habitación con baño tapado me cambiaron de habitación y a las 3:00 am intentaron abrir el cuarto. Solo dijeron “una disculpa dama fue una confusión.” Por error del sistema.

I decided to try this hotel as the location is ideal and the price for the room seemed reasonable. However, my experience was not pleasant at all. The glass for the window seems poor quality letting all the noise in. There was some construction noise going until 3 am, you can hear and feel everything. This is a busy street, we could not sleep at all. We decided to check out early and that's when the trouble started, the staff refused to refund us and will not do so until Expedia contacted them. We had other issues with the safe not working. The door that access the terrace had no lock and no key and our shower had a leak going all night. Also the bathroom smelled like mold. The staff were careless and dismissive. We had an opportunity to speak with the manager and the experience was the same. This hotel can use some better management and much more maintenance. Sadly I do not recommend this hotel at all. What I do recommend is that you book through Expedia, they were fantastic and so helpful.

La recepcionista terrible, nada soluciona y carente completamente de empatía. Me habían ofrecido una habitación con vista a Paseo Montejo, y me dieron la última del lado opuesto. No funcionó el aire acondicionado, y luego lo solucionaron. No sale agua caliente, solo tibia e intermitente mente. Yo había ido a ese hotel en otras ocasiones siendo cliente frecuente, y a la recepcionista le importo nada. En fin, no vuelvo a ese hotel...

En general bien. Bien ubicado y habitaciones muy amplias. Le hace falta un poco más de limpieza a las habitaciones, sobre todo a los muebles (cubierta de vidrio) y al piso.

Te van a tocar de madrugada de recepción
El Hotel es como una plaza donde no tienen control de acceso, me fueron a tocar a la una de la mañana que por un agua que había pedido, al otro día me dijeron que les habían informado que había un huésped más. Mal control del lugar. Si reservas con desayuno te aumenta 500 pesos y tienen solo unos paquetes, pero en la misma cafetería te gastas 300 pesos y pides lo que quieras.
