O hotel é aconchegante, porém o serviço, desde a recepção, deixa a desejar. De cara, o quarto só foi liberado 17:30h, quando o check in deveria ser as 14h. O quarto é bem escuro, agora nada se compara ao banheiro... o chão do box estava imundo, com certeza nunca viu uma gota de água sanitária, dava nojo de tomar banho, mesmo com chinelo. O banheiro estava sem papel higiênico, comuniquei a recepção, como após meia hora ninguém levou o papel, entrei em contato novamente perguntando se poderiam levar papel para o quarto, e só assim foi reposto. De positivo, o colchão, que é muito bom. A internet é bem rápida e estável, os funcionários bem educados, café da manhã razoável, chá da tarde e caldo a noite.

Por duas noites não consegui dormir direito, quarto em frente tinha um bebê chorando muito e ficou por muito tempo chorando, e no outro dia os hóspedes de cima não paravam de fazer barulhos altos , parecia que tava pulando de um lado para o outro...Chuveiro péssimo, demora esquentar e cai pouquíssima água, na pia do banheiro algumas vezes ficava sem água e depois saia amarelada. Café da manhã razoável. Quarto bem simples. Um hotel que eu não voltaria.

Melhor hotel de Campos do Jordão
O hotel é antigo, construído em madeira maciça, muito lindo! Tem vista para montanhas e outras propriedades e para as araucárias. Os funcionários são todos muitos solícitos e simpáticos. Após o checkout eles deixam a mala na recepção, caso precise. O quarto é aconchegante, tem água aquecida na torneira, secador de cabelo no banheiro. Tem aquecedor no quarto, muitas cobertas para que não passemos feio. O café da manhã é espetacular, com muitas opções, sempre com reposição. Tem um café da tarde como cortesia, com tortas, torradas, geleias e chá. Uma delícia. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar lá.
