Hotel is kind of old, and smells weird. Doors with old fashion keys and bathroom is small. Location is great with easy access to metro, convenient stores and Tokyo City Air Terminal (if you take Limousine Bus directly from airport. Great location near the kayabacho metro station. Close to konbini stores. All staff very friendly. A decent breakfast provided with fresh scrambled eggs. A good free selection of toiletries available in the lobby. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the rooms. The room is a decent sized compared to other Japanese accommodation I’ve stayed in. Only provides one pillow each and reception aren’t able to give anymore.

The room had holes and smells cigarettes. I ask for another one but they didn't have any. Very disappointed, especially if you travel with kids. I handed up looking for another hotel.
