Very nice renovations. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great walkable area. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear snoring in adjacent rooms though they did offer earplugs in the room. Overall good and would stay again.

Everything was great. The only issue is the water temperature changes drastically while showering if someone flushes the toilet or opens the faucet water . And it gets very hot to the point it can burn. Besides that . Everything is great 💯. We love the purple and the pool and the location and price.

It’s a good hotel, super equipped for storing ski gear and washing stuff. Just very very thin walls so your experience is really going to depend on who your neighbors are. They supply earplugs which is nice.

Choose an upper floor to stay in
While this is a great more modern stay, if you are on a lower floor expect to hear an unexpected amount of noise from above I was curious to why they had sets of ear plugs for noise I now know why. The ceiling/floors and walls are extremely thin.

Nice hotel with gorgeous pools and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) in heart of Jackson. Delivery from the hotel restaurant and bar to anywhere on the property and fun accomodations were favorites of ours!
