Great use of Small Space
The room was very clean and nice. It was the smallest room I've ever stayed in, but the use of the space was incredible. Everything I needed was in the room. The blinds, lights, TV, air, etc. all worked off of the iPad supplied in the room. The guys at the entrance were so friendly and fun. Also, the books in the room, stuffed doll, and fun Shampoo and Conditioner bottles were a hit.

Solid spot in Miami's arena district
I was a little frustrated when I pulled in to discover there was no parking, until I realized there was a giant parking garage less than 100 yards away from the entrance, one street over. It's around $30.00 a day to park. The rooms are small but more than sufficient, and the bed was very comfortable which is priority number one. They also have a nice pool on the rooftop, which I recommend. I also give them kudos for a very nice breakfast. Most chain hotels serve utter industrial, processed slop, but they had very nice selections including fresh fruit, croissants, Greek yogurt, quality bacon, chicken sausage, simmered cherry tomatoes in olive oil and oregano and super solid espresso and cappucino. I had never stayed in a Citizen M property before this, but will be back as the price was right along with the quality.

Ridiculously small room, total size about 2.5 queen beds including bathroom. Too much reliance on the iPad to control everything. Claustrophobic and uncomfortable. Nowhere to put your luggage.. Walking through a bar full of pretentious wannabe "glamorous" people with yout cases to the lift isn't a great experience. Would definitely not recommend especially at the price charged.

The room feels like a micro, ‘trendy’ space—smaller than a standard cruise cabin. The experience is highly impersonal, with self-check-in, self-check-out, and even making your own keys. Room features are controlled via an iPad, but half of them don’t function properly, and there’s no clear way to know your room’s temperature. Overall, not a pleasant or user-friendly stay.
