My overall stay was enjoyable! The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom amenities were well provided, and the staff were generally friendly, which made me feel welcome. However, the buffet breakfast could be improved: the food variety was limited, there was no chef available for fried eggs or omelets, and some of the restaurant staff were not very friendly. Enhancing the breakfast selection and service would make the experience even better.

Great hotel connected to the subway station in the middle of Ginza. Easy walking access to local spots or take the train anywhere through the connected tunnel. Definitely would stay here again.
