Also ich und meine verlobte habe da eine nacht übernachtet es gibst da paar kleinigkeit die könnte man verbessern zimmer war top,beim bad könnte man vielleicht mal duschwand und duschkopf auswechseln, im bereich zimmer finde ich den wasserkocher villt auch mal erneuern,sonst muss ich sagen war es bis lang top gewesen sauber und in bester ortnung und für den preis gerne wieder dort hingehen. Das einsiehste was ich noch bekannt geben möchte für einen 4 sterne hotel sollte das Frühstücks buffee schon etwas besser werden als z.b aufback brötchen da könnte man einiges noch verbessern bez verändern.

Ideally located between the airport and the Hannover Messe. Very quite neighborhood. The hotel managers were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt well cared for.

Wir wissen nicht, warum dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat. Bei der Ankunft in dem Hotel um 18 Uhr abends, war niemand an der Rezeption. Der Raum mit der Rezeption war keine Lobby, sondern es standen dort einige Tische ,gedeckt für das Frühstück sowie ein leeres Buffet. Mein Mann klopfte an der tür des Raumes hinter der Tür. Er hatte die Klinke in der Hand. Dann kam eine männliche Person, südländisch, ein paar Zähne fehlten wohl. Er war freundlich, aber keine proffesionelle Hotelfachkraft. Auf dem Weg zu unserem Zimmer war zu Beginn des Hotelflurs nah bei der Rezeption ein offenes Hotelzimmer. Man sah das ungemachte Bett und 2 Schuhe in der Mitte des Raums.. Offensichtlich das Zimmer des Mannes. Das Zimmer ear ok bis auf den Schimmel in der Dusche (schwarz) und das Fernsehprogramm war nicht eingestellt. Die Bar war nicht besetzt und im Keller. Wenn wir was trinken möchten, dann sollten wir uns melden. Wir haben das Hotel verlassen, um in der innenstadt die Zeit zu verbringen. Als wir ca. 22.30 Uhr zurück kamen, war wieder alles menschenleer und dunkel. Die Bar sollte ja laut Internet bis 23 Uhr geöffnet sein. Mein Mann ging in die Kellerbar. Alles war dunkel und auf der Treppe in den Keller standen noch ein paar Schuhe. Das Frühstück war minimalistisch....So etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt und ich dachte, ich bin im falschen Film...
