clean good breakfest the staff is great but the confort... 2 single bed hard as rock I dont understand why in a double room they put 2 sinlge beds together i just dont get it. and these are the hardest beds i have ever sleep in. to bad because aside from the bed everything was good great location not far form Roam termini.

We loved the Villa Franca, stayed 3 nights, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the location is perfect, close to Termini Station, close to the metro, really good restaurants near by, pharmacy is one block away, there’s a grocery store one block away. The hotell is extremly good situated nearly in the middle of the downtown of Rome. The personel was very friendly and helpful. Need to give extra thanks to the young man working in the breakfastroom. Even situated in the citycenter noise wasn’t disturbing. Easy to go by walking to see around or using hop-on hopp off buses. 10
