We had a comfortable stay. Buffet breakfast was awesome! Service was good. They had welcome pastries and water at the front office. But please note that location of hotel is not very accessible if you plan to take public transportation to Barcelona. Also, not enough parking (we rented a car) if you come latest night. But overall, I still think it’s a 5 star.

The room Smelled like a sewer backed up and mould.

The bar opening hours are most inconvenient. There is no bar around in walking distance, due to the hotels location. One of the receptionists would not serve any tap beer, just hand out bottles. My last day, I went down at 22:00 for a beer and 4 other guest were requesting beers, too. She said, it was 22:01 and the bar closed. UNBELIEVABLE Service! All she had to do is open the tap and pour a beer. Also, supposedly 4-star, no glasses in the bathroom for brushing teeth nor paper towels/tissues. Never gonna stay there again.

If you do not have a car, do not book this. 40 min walk to the nearest metro station. Taxis are not available. You have to walk on the motor way to get to the hotel. Very limited dining facilities. 5 min walk to the shopping mall. Staff speak very little English. Bathroom good for the money. Beds are ok. A/C works in some rooms and doesn’t in some. We had to change our room as the room we were given had very poor air conditioning. No taxis available after 10 in that area. In a nutshell, if you have a car, and can speak Spanish this is a perfect hotel for the money you pay. If you can’t speak Spanish and do not have a car, do not book this hotel
