RUDE front desk
The staff at the hotel was not welcoming. We were a party of 8 with 2 rooms and 16 luggage's. It was an issue to store our things from the beginning. Since we arrived before check-in. I arranged the free shuttle with the front desk as soon as arrived. The next day, the shuttle left without us. The lady in the front said we had arrived late (not true). As i was walking to the lobby I saw a shuttle with people and luggage outside. When i asked for the shuttle she said it had just left. Keep in mind, it left earlier than it was supposed to leave and with passengers already. So how was that shuttle going to fit 8 of us and our 16 suitcase. So from the start the shuttle wasn't goi9ng to work for us. We ended up having to call 2 taxis and pay for our ride to the airport. Don't believe in the free shuttle service. The front desk also gave my husband an issue when checking in, they had to see all guests and passports. We had already split up. We had to upload our passports and he had to show pictures to the front desk. Overall, the ladies in the front were just rude, uninviting and not helpful. The hotel though was clean and rooms were perfect.

The hotel is beautiful, near the airport and very clean. The reception staff is friendly. Only problem we had that most people would not - we had a shuttle 3:20 am pick up and our boarding pass didn’t note which terminal for Swiss Air. The shuttle driver asked at the desk and determined terminal 1. The driver left us at a deserted terminal bus drop at 3:30 am. The terminal was closed, not a car or person in sight at the bus drop. Thankfully a taxi happened by 10 minutes later and drove us to terminal 2, miles away from terminal 1 (that seems to be for EasyJet and quick hop airlines) The hotel is great but know your airline terminal before you hop on a shuttle.
