Our stay at this hotel was peaceful. The hotel is well located, close to the subway station and bus stop, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, and it is worth having breakfast at the hotel. The only drawback is the bathroom, which is very small, especially the shower area. It was not closed and water went everywhere, leaving the floor very wet after showering.

Nice hotel to stay

The hotel is a nice hotel in general and considering the price performance. The breakfast is also quite successful and the hotel is clean. The only disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator in the room. Other than that, everything was enough for us. The location is also very nice. It provides an important advantage to its guests because it is on the main street and close to the metro connection point. I will stay again on my next visit.

Excellently located and feature packed hotel!

The stay was very comfortable, no issues with the room size or features. The fitting in my room are nearing the end of life, so did not match exactly the photos on the site - but pretty close, just warn a little. Probably just from having so many people come and go. Location is excellent 2 U-Bahn stations are only minutes away so you can get on the Line 2 or Line 1&3 easily the centre is only 15 minutes away.

Accommodation costs

When I checked into the hotel on April 23, I was surprised to find that I was being charged 31% more than the price I had booked through Hotels.com. When I showed my reservation documents, two staff members worked on the computer while conversing in German, a language I do not understand, right in front of me. Eventually, the amount was adjusted to match the price I had booked online. Additionally, when I paid in cash, I requested a receipt. I was told it would be provided at checkout, but since this was a cash payment and not a card transaction, I insisted on receiving the receipt immediately, which I eventually did. Because of this experience, my first impression of Berlin was not a positive one. I believe improvements are needed to ensure that all reservations made through Hotels.com can be trusted in the future.

fairly nice hotel

The room was larger than expected and everything was fairly okay except one problem. Check in process was horrible. I guess it hadn't been always like this but sth went wrong with their program on the computer or the whole accommodation software at hotels in Germany at that time. so it took an hour to check in but the problem was they didn't keep people updated who were waiting in the lobby and people who came later checked in sooner than people who were already waiting.
