Great location and great staff. My room was on the corner right next to bourbon street so the music was so loud every night until about 2 am. My room wasn’t the cleanest.

We had some room key issues a couple times, but the staff was very helpful. Rooms were big, comfortable and water pressure was great. Beds were hard. There were alot of fee's and taxes we were not told about when checking in so beware. Hotel is in a good location , convenient.

Nice location. Easy access to street cars. Older rooms comfortable but needs updating. Property was clean. Can be loud outside at night because our room faced Royal/Canal streets. Bourbon St is even louder. Many homeless near the hotel.

Breakfast was not worth the additional fee. Each day the food was worse and the service was terrible. Front desk staff made you feel like they just didn’t really want you there. Room was reasonably clean but could defiantly use some TLC.
