Great place to stay that’s not in the busy areas of London. Clean rooms, large shower area, convenient amenities for lights and curtains. The thermostat was easy to use, despite what some reviews might say—they just didn’t know that you had to go back to the home screen in order for the changes to take effect. Would stay here again my next trip to London.

Great hotel, very well located for us, we enjoyed our stay. Just had an inconvenience with the room air conditioner, and we considered the way that some members of the staff did not handle it the right way. Then the Manager Bruno was very correct and found a solution for us. The rooms could be a little bid nosy as you can hear water running from other's rooms bathrooms, and the air conditioners control leave a light on all the time that can be annoying during the night.

Room and bathroom were both very modern and well kept. The bed was very comfy. A little tight for space in general, but it's London. The air con either didn't work or it did and was adjust awful, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable, especially in the summer with a smaller room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location.

Rooms are extremely small, even by European standards. They are also not very sound proof so a lot of noise from the hallway, elevators, and adjacent rooms comes through. The multiple tech features randomly flashed blue lights at us throughout the night. Would have liked to receive help from the staff with info about the local area, recommendations for eating out, and operating tech features but the staff was not helpful. Overall vibe was uninviting but we had a great time outside of this hotel. The location is great but recommend staying elsewhere.
