Great staff but a little tired

The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The accommodation was a little old and run down. They appear to be updating with painting works planned. The kitchenette wasn’t what was expected as it was just a microwave, kettle and toaster with a mini fridge. We’ll located to public transport and close to places like the city centre, St Kilda and sights like the botanical gardens and the Shrine of Remberence. Not really value for the money paid.
