Best Location in Town

The hotel was in the best location for the town - right across the street from the fish market and other good restaurants. Not to mention a short walk to Old town Bergen with its museum. The Scandic was clean and check in was very easy.

Havn Haven

After a LONG trip, we dragged into the lobby and Inga was amazing. She upgraded our room (to Accessible - we're old and must have looked awful) with a view over the harbor to Bryggen. The room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good quality with relaxed seating. Central location made extensive walks around the city very comfortable. Happily booked another two nights to recover after our 12-day Hurtigruten voyage.

Amazing location. Everything is walking distance and access to public transit really close by too. Great staff, so helpful and nice. Very small rooms with limited space if you have larger suitcases. Room overlooking the square was a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday, you could hear the music and the people in the nearby bars and restaurants.

Tiny rooms, got the wrong room upon arrival. It was the size of a closet barely. The room we moved to was also tiny but bigger than the first room. I would never stay here again. The location is busy and the rooms are tiny. I would never recommend driving in Bergen. This hotels parking lot is extra and is several blocks away.
