Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at— they charge you 8 Euros to call the front desk. Lack of properly functioning elevators is a safety hazard. At least 1-2 isn’t working at a time and people had to wait for a while. Facilities generally feel outdated with no upkeep, and food is terrible (also not included , despite the hotel advertising in the all inclusive deal it wasn’t available on Expedia). I would not be surprised if this building failed several inspections. Staff was incredibly nice all things considered and location is close to tennis courts and beach. Otherwise, stay somewhere else until they renovate.
