Excellent ibis hotel in very convenient location. Grande Place is a leisurely 10 min stroll away, passing through interesting areas and sights ( eg. Bourse, Bd Anspach etc). The metro station is a 2 min walk away. The area felt very safe at all times. The nice lady in reception gave us a great room in the fifth floor with great views over Brussel's skyline and St. Catherine church. Room was quite spacious (for Ibis standards), clean and comfortable.

Central hotel in Brussels with OK service

Hotel very central in Brussels in convenient and good location. Service was OK though not great. The room was tiny and cramped, bathroom barely big enough to turn on the spot. Room comfort was not great due to lack of space and impractical layout. Breakfast good with typical range. Overall overpriced for what is offered.

Fantastic location & staff - Let down by room

• Fantastic location - Only took a couple of minutes to walk to the Grand Place from the hotel. • Friendly & accommodating staff - Met all of our requests. • Small shop with snacks and beverages etc. in reception was an excellent addition - Albeit a bit pricey! • Standard buffet breakfast - Staff on hand & topping up throughout. • Room very small & basic (nothing to write home about) - Little to no soundproofing (luckily we are heavy sleepers) - Overall disappointed with room (no tea/coffee facilities as pictured) … OK for short stay.
