The check-in and welcome were disappointing, and despite being a new hotel, the furniture and towels seemed worn and in poor condition. However, breakfast was exceptional thanks to Zirari, whose outstanding service truly stood out and made my mornings enjoyable. While the hotel needs improvement in some areas, Zirari’s hospitality was a highlight of my stay.

My stay the the Grand Hyatt was incredible. The premises were ultra luxurious, the meals were delicious, while the staff were friendly and professional. Arranging transportation was effortless, whether it was the hotel transport, or ride-sharing. Additionally, the location was prime—everything I needed was in the vicinity. I’d stay here again, in a heart beat.

The front desk man has lied to my family by telling them he would give an upgrade, when he change the 4 room booking to 3 bedroom apartment which is not upgrade at all … and when they came back to complain he informed then its a full hotel !!!! The apartment is even cheaper then my orginal booking

The hotel can certainly do better especially with such a big brand. It's beautiful and rooms are comfortable. However, the service and lack of communication is well noted. I put a deposit upon checking in for any incidentals but it was not acknowledged by other areas like room service or coffee bar, etc. I had to go down and reinforce that i wanted the ability to put my charges to my room NOT to pay separately.

Stayed a month in a delux apartment and it was a fantastic respite from the dust and noise outside. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff were always there but seldom seen. They value your privacy but are available at a moments notice. The restaurants were great but the service could use a little improvement - not much, but a little more training would make it top notch. The Ramadan tent feast they set up in the ballroom was outstanding. Everything you could want and many things you weren’t aware you wanted until you saw them. I really didn’t need three trips to the dessert bar…but I took them anyways. Overall an excellent hotel with a convenient location attached to the Al Rashid Mall and grocery store without having to step outside. Would highly recommend to anyone.

They have lack of experience. Their execuse is that, this is a soft opening. Here is what happened during my 2 nights as follows: 1- during check in with the receptionist, it took 30 min to get myroom keys and for processing because the receptionist told me your room is not ready and now am communicating with the room service to arrange for your room, even though I made my reservation 4 days ago! 2-power outlet inside the toilet wasn't working so we couldn't use the hair dryer inside the toilet infront of the large mirror and it was time consuming to call room service to come and fix it which mean our room wasn't ready and there was no cheklist 3- when they served my dinner, they brought Hummus without Bread!! They were expecting me to eat it with fork or spoon!!! 4-Breakfast buffet items were empty for 30mins and We had to wait 20 min for cappuccino and apple juice. Every 10 mins one of the waiters serve some thing belongs to othe customers. The next day was also miserable. They served omlette after 20mins with cheese, altough we requested omlete with vegetables without cheese! 5- spa was too big with long corridor that will take you to Sauna and Jacuzzi. They left me there alone and no one was there to help and to turn on the Sauna and the Jaccuzzi and was shouting in order for some one to come then I had to go downstair to the receptionist to get help while wearing my Rope! No saftey. All what the manager said "we appologize for 2 miserable nights you had
