We had an accessible suite. In those rooms the sofa and chair need to be firm and higher off of the floor. It's hard to get up when in soft, low chairs and sofas. Also they either need a roll in shower or shorter sides on the bathtub. We couldn't get in the tub.

Overall the hotel met our needs for a 1 night stay. The people working there were very friendly. Our only complaint was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My back and hip are in extreme pain this day after our stay. It isn’t making for a very good start to our vacation in which involves a very long flight. We would only stay again if the mattresses were replaced/upgraded.

The staff is always excellent and checking in is usually stress free. I travel with my bird and dog, which is a big hassle, but the staff is always good to us. Brittany Schultz is my favorite, but I kept missing her the last time I was there. I also missed Emma on nights. Shawn and Jasmine, are my day people. I always enjoy my stays at Country Inn and Suites. Thank you

The Con: The pillows were HORRIBLE The Pros: Super awesome staff that was spot on every time we needed something. I hurt my back, and they dragged a chair from another room, so I had something better to sit on. Lots of restaurants and a Walmart nearby. Awesome hot tub, open late, and we had it to ourselves every time. And I repeat, the staff was awesome at every turn!
