Price winner for most uncomfortable
Congratulations, this king size bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in, I got a total of 2 hrs sleep. The pillows were so small & uncomfortable, they were more for a toddler bed not a king size. They only give you the bedding on the bed which is a sheet and bedspread no blanket so we were cold. The mattress was stained, gross! The location was perfect for where I needed to stay but disappointed and will not stay here again!

I stayed in a suite and it was not worth the money to do that. It was still small for it to be considered a “suite.” When you walked in it was lovely, but after that it just smelled constantly. We had to put perfume all over the room because it just smelled so bad. The toilet seat was so low and difficult to get up from and I’m not elderly or overweight. The carpets looked like they haven’t been cleaned and the beds were sleeping on cement. There was no comfort whatsoever. It was a horrific experience and I would never stay there again.

The smell of deodorizer is very strong, and does not fully cover the smell near the wall by the nightstand. I think some deep cleaning or even repairs are needed, because both the dirty smell and the deodorizer smell are a little hard to take.

Our room, and the hotel itself, were both very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance, which was made very clear so we knew. We were surprised to have a hot tub in our room but disappointed to see a note on it saying it, too, was out of order. Would definitely stay again tho.
