It is well located within the beautiful city of Moose Jaw. Staff was pleasant upon arrival, but not available later or in the am. Very reasonably priced. We had the 'dog' room that smelled of cigarettes and had burns in the carpet and bedspreads. Toilet gurggled all night and overflowed. Some lights did not work. Price point reflects the condition - certainly not up to the standards of other Travel Lodge hotels we stayed in across the west.

We have stayed at this motel before and chose it for its convenience to walk to the downtown, eating places, and the beautiful park just outside our door. You can also walk to the casino if this is what you like. This is an older motel, but clean and comfortable, offering the usual motel things but not fancy. It is quiet, and we felt safe there. If travelling through Moose Jaw we will chose this location again.

Great service …… not so great room
The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean except for the disgusting rug. It was soooooo old and filthy. The very tiny ac was way up in the corner by the sink facing a divider way which made it impossible to come into the sleeping area. They did have a huge fan in there that was put in front of the sink. Which was also in front of the fridge. It was very heavy and we had to move it and step over the short cord every time we went in there. As this was where the coffee maker was too . So although the beds where clean the rug needs to be ripped out completely. I will not ever pre book a room again. I want to be able to check the room out first .

dirty, smelly, holes in the bedding, no fitted sheets. crumbs and black specs in the corners of the mattress. no lock on one window. mystery door to I don't know, with no way to lock it from our side. all surfaces were dirty, dead bugs between windows. no continental breakfast. even though Expedia says fully refundable, they offered only 30 percent. the owner of the hotel (motel) was very aggressive when I said we can not stay.

We booked our stay through Expedia and paid $89 including taxes for a queen size bed with breakfast. We had the option of paying $58 without breakfast but seeing that it was the day before Canada day, we would have breakfast here instead. The next morning when we went to receive breakfast, the manager told us “we don’t serve breakfast and haven’t served breakfast here for 21year, we’ve been asking the booking sites to take this down from their sites” I have since sent a complaint to “Expedia” and thus far, haven’t heard a response. Won’t be using this app again.
