Double charged for carparking. Charged day in and then charged again on day left. When I called up and complained, they identified and confirmed that incorrectly charged but said 2 weeks to get refund. That is unacceptable. They instant charge at check-in, can instant reverse or at minimum next day deposit, no excuses. I stayed there a week, had to lodge many days in a row issues, did not get fixed. There lots of things broken TV unwatchable (TV pixel tube had gone - the screen was a mush of nothing), no plug for kitchen sink to wash dishes and there is no dishwasher, no scrubber sponge for dishes (ask for one, housekeeper never delivered), light bulbs out in bathroom it was dark. Call reception let know issues, no one picks up. Multiple days asking, no one arrives or sorts out, so stopped asking.
