Fantastic hotel
This was our second stay here. We stayed in their family junior suite, which is a fantastic room. We were initially given a room overlooking the side road, but we requested to have a room with a view of the beautiful train station across the square - the reception team was fantastic in helping us out. Very useful to have the option of underground parking; great swimming pool and sauna; lovely hotel bar to spend the evening; and the room itself and the view were just WOW! Great location, close to the heart of Antwerp. This feels more like a 5 star hotel and at a reasonable price. We will certainly return to this hotel next time we visit Antwerp and will highly recommend it.

We had a bad experience. 1. There was cold water to shower in. Despite having reported to reception and asked for an update when problem was fixed, we never heard anything and had to shower cold. 2. As I brought a baby along, I called roomseevice to bring up a water but was declined by a guy in the bar because we had paid our room in advance and not credit card was left in the lobby. I had a credit card in my room and could have paid there or next morning in lobby. But we were declined this. It was only a one night stay but not worth the value of money at all. Best/ Susan
