Location was literally across the street from the main train station Santa Maria Novella, which is why I chose this hotel. Also walking distance from main tourist attractions. There was a supermarket next door.

I honestly don’t know how this property got its 4 stars. The only good thing about this property are its staff, they were friendly and helpful. The location, and room conditions are like a two star hotel. The rooms, hallways, elevator, stairways need major upgrades. I chose this hotel only due to the reviews and made a big mistake.

Did not interact much with the staff, the room was larger than expected and very clean. We had a comfortable stay here also thanks to the decent sound insulation. The location is quite close to the train station, while accessible it feels a bit unsafe at times.

Great location near the train station and buses and walking distance from the city center. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was fantastic. The barista even personalized my cappuccino each morning which was a nice touch. The outside doors are locked at night and opened by a staff member when you get there for added safety.
