Hidden fees after check in
I requested a cot at check in, and was waiting for it for two hours, the lady at the front desk said she didn’t remember me requesting on and told me I had to pay an extra 25 plus tax for a lumpy old cot and she said the pillow and blanket are in the drawer, and there was only one, but it was for the pullout sofa. So I had to go back down and request a blanket and pillow and she was rude to me about it.

Lovely stay, great bed, quiet large room. The only thing I didn't like are the toiletries, tiny bottles of shampoo, body wash etc are not eco friendly at all. Refillable large bottles would have been better.

Very comfortable and clean excellent service !!
This hotel was very new. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The manager is there daily and walks around and visits with guests. You can tell he truly cares about the hotel and the guests that stay at it. He was very personable. The breakfast each day was one of the best we have had in a long time. There were so many options. Hot and cold to choose from. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The hotel looks brand new - super clean and lots of fun extras like a wee putting green, pool, and coffee machines. The room was comfortable and parking was easy. My family’s only issue is that it was loud. The property felt more like a hotel and convention centre with the groups present during our stay. Children ran up and down the hallway and the floor above for a solid 1.5 hours in the evening. People outside were celebrating and quite loud outside our room. Everyone was quiet before 11pm but this noise did impact us getting to sleep around 9pm which we needed on our road trip. Of course it was a Friday night so it could be an isolated incident but I thought it was worth mentioning.

The rooms are a great size whether you're alone, staying with someone, or friends/family booked at the hotel as well. You can enjoy company in your room. Very clean and great staff! I love the outdoor gazebo and option to BBQ. I was able to enjoy some peaceful time reading there, however, it is also used for smokers which does not appeal to me or I'm sure many others. I realize it's hard to monitor, but it would be nice to have a separate smoking area away from this beautiful outdoor structure.
