受付に時間がかかる。 部屋の鍵がスムーズにいかず、開閉に時間がかかった。 壊れているのかと思い通りすがりの方にも助けていただきやっと開けることが出来ました。 premiumなので期待していたのですが、料金も安いので仕方ないと思いました。食事は多種類あり、美味しくいただきました。お世話になりました。スタッフの方々は少ないですが皆さん快く対応していただきました。 風呂上がりのアイスや飲み物ありがとうございました。

バイキングは、種類も多く大人も子供も大満足でした。しかし、混雑していて取るのに時間がかかり、どこから並んでとったらよいのか、わからない人が多かったようです。 お部屋は広くてよかったのですが、窓のサッシや棚などに埃がたまっていたのが残念でした。

家族で宿泊。 温泉は2箇所あり、広くてゆっくり入れますが熱めです。 夕食、朝食は品数多く、家族皆満足。 補充はすぐにされるので、人は多くても食べるものが無くなることはなかったです。 食後、無料の卓球で遊び、汗をかき、また温泉入り。 マンガも沢山置いてあります。 20時からショーが開催され、いつもと違う時間を過ごせました。 盛りだくさんでしたので、1泊では物足りないです。温泉に入り、楽しく過ごせました。 また、泊まりに行きたいとおもいます。
