Solo traveler, beautiful property, immaculate lobby & hallways, fast elevators, wonderfully spacious room with plenty of amenities. Major construction next to property, but did not affect my stay in any way. Great location & short walk to Shinagawa Station. Staff were welcoming & efficient. Though I did not take full advantage of the pool & gym on the property, as I was out exploring during my stay, I highly recommend this hotel!

6/10 Good

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful!! The staff was helpful and spoke good English. The restaurants had delicious food. There is even a 7-11 on the property as well. No need to bring hygiene items because they provide you with everything. Even a hairbrush. You have slippers and clean nightshirt that they bring you every evening during turn down service. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

Room was great, staff were great, and overall would highly recommend. Location right across the shinawaga train station perfect for connecting to other areas in Tokyo.

Great location near shinagawa station, construction around the area makes you detour walking around a bit especially if you’re lugging around suitcases / strollers. Beautiful garden attached to the hotel and the tower view rooms are incredible.

One of the best place you can stay in Tokyo during cherry blossom season. Staffs are would class too-notched helpful, passionate, and friendly. I am impressed by their omotenashi evolved to a new level that it’s not clinical but genuinely interested in you.

Our room was very big and they made an extra bed for my son before our arrival, which was very nice. The garden is absolutely beautiful and definitely a bonus. It’s walking distance to Shinagawa station, so it’s very convenient.

8/10 Very good

We did really love this property and thr gardens are beautiful but unfortunately there was a huge construction site right next door that completed blocked access to the train station. We weren't informed about this when we booked so we were pretty disappointed about that. We did not eat at the property so cannot comment on the restaurants.
