10/10 Exceptional

Excellent stay! We were checked into room 1404 for 6 nights starting the 18th of November. I wanted my mother to visit Dubai and went hunting for a good hotel. Grosvenor House did not disappoint. Service was amazing, delivering fresh fruit, water and chocolates every day while housekeeping was spot on, cleaning our room even in evenings if we didn’t want to be disturbed during mornings. We rented a car and the complimentary valet parking saved us so much time as this is a busy hotel...

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Dubai

  1. Book for the cheapest times: The most affordable time to visit Dubai is from July to September, when hotel prices are lower. For those on a budget, a stay of at least 4 to 5 days is recommended to fully appreciate the city's iconic landmarks, rich history, and vibrant culture. During this time, visitors can explore the stunning skyscrapers, enjoy excursions through the desert, indulge in shopping experiences, and savour the local cuisine at charming cafes. Additionally, activities such as boating along the river provide great value for money, allowing for a memorable experience without breaking the bank.
  2. Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals to Dubai, begin by exploring the Dealsopens in new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you might find discounted rates as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and exclusive promotions, helping you seize opportunities to save. The Smart Shopping tool, available via the app, allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, increasing your chances of finding the best options. If availability changes or prices drop, you'll be promptly notified, making it easier to secure your spontaneous getaway.
  3. Be flexible with dates: Hotel prices can fluctuate due to factors such as location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay in a Dubai hotel. For those seeking distinctive experiences, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and may offer better value. When you book through Hotels.com, we'll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price is on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could be more affordable, helping you to find the best possible deal.
  4. Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive, but thanks to Dubai's exceptional public transport links, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel a little further out that remains well connected. For those wishing to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative locations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
