Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall Of The Emirates

Hotel is ok, but a staff at the reception was terrible. I forgot my emirates Id and left the passport in Abu Dhabi. Ms Ksenia would not let us in, does not matter I showed her a scanned copy if both. To my request of check in my wife who was standing pregnant next to me and was near late for the local wedding she said she needs to check and ask the security. Unacceptable lack of skill and flexibility, I havent seen at Hilton so far. I eventually found my id that was misplaced in my wife’s wallet, she did not even appologise, disastrous treatment, avoid this hotel

This was the best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time! Just wonderful, everything was just wonderful - breakfast, staff, amenities 😍😍😍

Nice clean hotel close to Mall of Emirates. Although its at 10 minute walk from MoE, yet in other current hot weather you need a taxi to go there which will cost 12 dirhams.

Very good overall and especially the staff friendliness and willingness to help.

Room service was terrible, plus you have to pay 15% more for room service, never heard of it in anywhere in the world that a hotel charges you this in addition to the price of food and tip. Ice took forever, otherwise you have to go all the way down to lobby to get ice. Will never stay there, and I visit Dubai probably 10 to 15 times a year for business.
