The tall lamp by the tv did not work and there was a spider in the coffee pot where the water gos in the back. I would have let the girl know at the desk when we checked out but she seemed irritated to have to look away from her phone to do her job. The lady that checked us in yesterday, 8/29 was very nice. The ladies in the hall this morning 8/30, housekeeping were very nice as well.

Early check in was listed as $10 on the website and was what the desk agent originally said over the phone, when we got there- we were told it was actually $20. The room Was mostly clean however there were leftovers left in the fridge from the last person who stayed and the drawer inside had some sort of sticky liquid in the bottom. There were also some grapes left in the bathroom sink drain. Good location for food options and shopping.

Comfortable and Affordable

I stay here annually for a local event, and this hotel is a great and affordable place to stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a pool, and on site parking is free. The location is far enough from downtown Frankenmuth and Bronner's that you will need a car to visit. Otherwise, there really isn't anything close to the hotel, unless you want to make a treacherous trip across the overpass to get to a couple restaurants, which is doable if you don't have a vehicle, but definitely not something I'd do if I had children.
