Boutique Hotel, great location, few amenities
The staff were very accommodating. The room was extremely small with a tiny bathroom with no counter space. No mini refrigerator or microwave or restaurant on site. I should have read the amenities more closely and a the reviews. The location was excellent and the hotel’s decor and feel were also excellent. For the price, it would have been nice to have had a larger room and bathroom and mini fridge and microwave since there was not a restaurant on site. I will read more closely when I book my next trip. Again, the staff was great and so was the location and decor!

Water pressure
The front desk folks at Hammett’s are lovely. We made the same trip to Newport last fall and complained about the terrible water pressure in the showers, but nothing has changed. It’s difficult to rinse shampoo out of one’s hair, so a shower takes a long time. The rooms are very very small, but the location is perfect.

The property is new and modern. Rooms are very small unless you are in a suite. No refrigerator available in the small room. Bed was comfy and location of the hotel was very convenient. The parking was unavailable due to the boat show and we had to park 10 min away. Very inconvenient due to the area being very busy and traffic was heavy. Front desk associate had 0 personality and was not helpful.

Great location!
Had no idea that there was no bar, restaurant or breakfast. There was coffee in the morning. Rooms are nice but very small as well as the bathroom but if you are use to living on a boat it feels large! Location was excellent!
