I liked the Friendly atmosphere created by the owners and the great food. Isobel can cook anything and make it delicious! If I needdd anything the owners were available! I felt like they were family.

Alan and Isobel, the owners, are very warm and hospitable people, we immediately felt at home. The bedroom we had was large and my wife in particular enjoyed the mattress. The bathroom had a bath with a powerful shower over. Great for us but beware if you have difficulty climbing into a bath. Breakfast was in the very sunny dining room, lovely views down Loch Carnan. The first night we ate in and enjoyed the famous Orasay fish dishes and an excellent wine too. A really relaxing place to stay.

Great food in a great setting
Stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed it. The food is excellent with wonderful breakfasts and some fine meals on offer. If you're wanting to tour around the islands of North & South Uist and also Benbecula, then this is a very good central location. Its only half an hour from ferries and perhaps about 15 minutes to the airport. Owners and staff very welcoming and friendly and the service was great. Definitely recommend.
