We got to the hotel expecting to check in, and again, the reservation was lost or they didn't have us registered. We explained that we had a reservation, I showed her my confirmation on my phone and she still didn't know what to do with us. Finally a man came in and after about 20 minutes, asked if there was room for us. She said yes. That should have been her first act, to look for our reservation and if not found, find us a room or tell us there was no space.
It is a beautiful place, but was also about 15 miles from our activity, and we chose not to stay there. Please, train your people better on both ends.
