The room was clean. The hotel was beautiful. It was welcoming the iron we had to get replaced because it was dripping. The pillows was very soft and small. But overall, it was a nice, a little too expensive for 2 days. But nice. The atmosphere right was nice. It was nice to walk around to lots of places to eat and shop. just chilling in the area was safe (police department very near).

Signage at the property and online indicated there was a pool; there was not. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. We had to have maintenance come fix our curtains because they were off track when we arrived. They were difficult to operate. There was no privacy sign for our door and it took us two days and a couple of trips to the front desk to get one. The benefits and the daily charge were not well explained when we registered and the desk did not seem to understand them clearly either when I asked questions days later. The shower was excellent, the room cleaners did a good job on the days we had them clean. Breakfast was good with choices for my diabetic husband. The men at the door downstairs were always warm, welcoming and helpful. The location was good for where we needed to be.
