Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I will be staying here again and recommending it to co-workers who travel to Finland on business.

Spacious room with espresso capsule coffee maker. Coffee maker should not be taken as granted on all hotels, so the room having one naturally caught my attention. I'd describe the room as "functional".

Hotelli oli viihtyisä, siisti ja huoneessa oli hyvä nukkua. Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi Tampere-talon yhteydessä (jos on sinne menossa johonkin konserttiin tms.). Hotellin aamiainen oli ”perustasoa”, jätän sen ensi kerralla väliin ja käyn muualla aamiaisella.
