Absolutely outstanding staff. Every single employee was kind, courteous, and willing to help with any guest needs. Sandra went out of her way to help my co-worker find his lost phone which had been turned in to Tampere lost and found. I will be staying here again and recommending it to co-workers who travel to Finland on business.

Some hair in the bed sheets but all in all it's a good hotel. Reception was extremely good, nice and helpful. Joined their e-mail spamming list to get presumably better floor. Don't know if that works for real? No minibar but there was a fridge.

Muuten kiva hotelli, mutta aamupala oli kyllä todella surkeasti järjestetty, aamupalapaikka liian pieni asiakasmäärään verrattuna ja vain yksi linjasto, joka tarkoitti että lautasen kanssa odotit 10 min jonossa ennen ensimmäistäkään tavaraa lautasella. Aamupala itsessään ihan ok. Ei vapaita istumapaikkoja, joten söin seisaaltani siihen asti kunnes joku lähti pois ja pääsin jakkaralle istumaan. Tämä siis su klo 8.30, voin kuvitella millainen kaaos on ennen klo 10 kun suurin osa ihmisistä on menossa aamupalalle...
