Upon arrival there was confusion over our room and unfortunately our room wasn’t available. The hotel managed to put us into two different rooms and the following day was moved to our room so dealt with easily and efficient staff with fantastic location great access to public transport and hotel breakfast faultless. Stolen goods by staff
The bathroom makes no sense, the water goes everywhere and has no draining, the water almost reached the room floor. Also, I forgot a pair of Sennheiser headphones in the table, and after cleaning it was gone, I checked with the staff in the reception and they said they would ask the cleaning crew if they’ve found something and they said they didn’t see anything. I wanted to file a police report but had to catch a flight so I had no time for that. The headphones were worth the price I paid for the room, that’s a shame.

Brand new residence that had only been open 10 days when we arrived. Over all a very enjoyable stay and we would most definitely return which says it all. Comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation, good location and pleasant staff. Room was obviously brand new and well fitted, nice bathroom (Porcelanosa fittings) plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. Bedding was changed every other day. Excellent WiFi and good TV. Good on site parking and the hotel is located opposite a small shopping arcade with lovely patisserie/coffee shop, small supermarket and pharmacy so everything you need is at hand. Didn’t try the breakfast but the breakfast room did look very nice. Overall very nice and exactly what we wanted which was a nice central place to stay with easy access to Milan and the surrounding areas.

great stay
I went with 3 of my good friends and we wanted to stay somewhere that was good for us all around (we're study abroad students -- so money is an issue). The hotel was not in the actual city but it was SO easy to get into the city and come back! The staff was super nice and the breakfast was great! The only problem was that the shower was scalding hot. But overall no complaints + it was even cheaper than a hostel.

Excellent Business Hotel
I stayed here while on business in one of the industrial zones of Milan. The Hotel was purfect for my needs. The only downside was the room was not what I would have expected from a 4 star. However, the staff were great, and every other aspect was just as I had hoped. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Oh, if management read this, please give Monica on reception a pay rise, as she went out of her way to help!!!
