Unfortunately a few days ago we were able to confirm that my husband and older daugther were bitten by bed bugs. We stayed in room 412. After the hotel we came back to the US so there was no other hotel where we stayed. The bites are consistent with the days we spent in the Hotel. I have no intent to make this information public on social media but I really hope that you could pass the information and take measures in order to protect future guests. I can document this info with pictures, for my husband was pretty severe to the point that esteroids were prescribed.

The room was very clean, but outdated. AC did not work well. The location of the hotel is excellent, near stores and restaurants. Within walking distance to metro station. Bus stop is really close by.

The hotel is a little basic in that there is no fridge or kettle in the rooms - it is always nice to have a cup of tea when you wake up of come back from a day's sight seeing. The rooms were warm and the beds comfortable, with plenty of hot water for a shower or bath. The buffet breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The view from the terrace at breakfast was lovely.

This hotel was worth every penny, I’d give it a solid 9/10. The location is incredible: it has so many restaurants, shops, markets and subway/bus stops within a walking distance. The breakfast every morning is worth the extra price, there’s plenty of variety and delicious food in a buffet style so you can eat as much or as little as you’d like. The views are phenomenal too! The only thing that brought it down to a 9 for me was the pillows, they felt more like an empty pillowcase with a few cotton balls so they didn’t have much support or comfort. Lastly, since it’s in the middle of the city, it can be quite noisy at all times especially at night but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, this was the best possible hotel we could’ve found for our trip, I highly recommend and we will be back next time we’re in town!
