We love this hotel and stay every year for a swim meet. Roxy at the front desk is amazing and always makes sure we have everything we need. The rooms are great and perfect to put kids to bed and still be able to stay up to watch tv or get work done without worrying about waking them! Highly recommend!!!

The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. She gave us the ground floor as requested in a perfect location. I asked for extra pillows and blankets and it was in the room by the time we got back from dinner. The rooms are comfortable and can fit the whole family. Will definitely stay again.

Terrible booking I showed up 12:30pm room was ready but they charge me $50 for early check in!! , all outlets by bed do not work room carpet dis durty with stains too , matreases not comfortable. Being a member for so many years I expect better treatment . I bioked a sonesta in Orlando this week and experience was similar but better. Not sure if I will book Sonesta again

We have stayed at this same Sonesta a few times in the past and things have drastically changed. Even though the staff was nice. There was no housekeeping available, and no more complementary breakfast. The room was clean but the bathtub was in horrible condition. There is a very unsanitary slip grip lining in the tub that was peeling up and very nasty. We showered with flip flops on. Unfortunately we will no longer be choosing this hotel to stay at for future business/ conventions/ or personal events.

The 2 bedroom suite was so roomy and each bedroom had its own bathroom! The kitchen was a good size and it had a dining area also, even a dishwasher! It is very convenient to Sea World and Aquatica!

This was a last minute decision as we were heading to Disney the next day. The location was great. So much in the area from dining to entertainment. Very safe and clean. We got a suite and it was perfect. Pool area was beautifully kept as well. Pool was warm.
