My stay at the resort was excellent overall. However, I had one very bad experience at the reception with one of the nighttime shift managers, named Mr. Ali. He was being very impolite, unpleasant, rude, and not at all customer service-oriented.
His actions amply demonstrated that he had no prior experience interacting with hotel visitors. I have been on this property in the past and had no problems at all, but regrettably, due to the actions of one employee, I must rate the staff this time at 1. To be honest, I would have pursued legal action if it had happened to me in the United Kingdom. I would want to ask the upper management of the hotel if they may train their managers to at least have some consideration for the hotel's guests.
