Even though the hotel is older and not really up to date, our stay was great. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with made-to-order omelettes, and the evening reception was nice with a couple free drinks plus a few snacks. The hotel is in a great location to walk across the river to Cincinnati. The staff at the hotel was always willing to help and were very friendly.

Very friendly staff that made the check in process quick and easy. The hotel was great for families traveling with little ones with their small store to buy snacks and other items. The hotel was very quiet at night which we really appreciated and the location was perfect. Will definitely stay again on our next trip!

They oversold our room type the first night, but they did find another room for us to stay in and compensated us for the inconvenience, as well as moved us to our requested room the next day.
