Mixed visit
Unfortunately ipon arrival for our 4 night stay, we were given a room that had not been cleaned and prepared. Of course the hotel found us another room but did not offer any assistance in rel9cating our bags. The room we were given was on a lower floor and on the side facing the arena. It was considerably louder but was clean. Housekeeping staff were kind and very considerate as were guest service staff.

No dresser in room to put your clothes in. Payed 2800.00 for Bruno Mars Package and they never gave us our package info at time of check in. If you want a refridgerator in your room you have to rent it. Safe did not lock.

Hotel was centrally located to lots of entertainment and sightseeing. Lots of great restaurant choices within hotel and nearby. Room was very spacious, but floor could've been cleaner... lots of dirty stains. Also, not sure when room was last occupied, but found a huge dead spider in the middle of the floor.
