Room is ridiculously too small even for Tokyo's standard. Being a brand new hotel....bit still Not even an English channel is available to watch. Breakfast's portion was too way too small and will never gonna fill u up.

Clean, Friendly, Small Rooms
Location was easy to get to, close to a train station. Rooms are very small, barely enough room to walk around the beds. No place to put a suitcase. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly, although English was limited. They tended to our requests quickly.

Fair for the location and price
Good location, small room, staffs are friendly, beddings not comfy (especially those pillows...)

Great location for Ginza
Great location and a quick walk to everything around Ginza and the Kabuki Theatre. Be mindful of the size of the rooms, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Generally the case in Tokyo and not the fault of the hotel!

Excellent, will consider if visit Tokyo again
Hotel had only opened for a few weeks so everything was new and clean (which was great!). When booking we were worried about teething problems with a new hotel but everything worked fine. Just a minor glitch where housekeeping did not replenish tissues and threw away our bedroom slippers after 1 night without providing new ones, but this was quickly resolved. One minor feedback...Reception staff were helpful but seemed reserved - perhaps smile a bit more? Housekeeping staff were friendly though. Even though the twin room was advertised as 15-16 sq m, the layout made it feel more spacious and we felt comfortable. Location was great - just round the corner from Higashi Ginza station, short walk to Tsukiji Market and Ginza shopping, with multiple convenience stores nearby. This is the sixth hotel we've stayed in Tokyo from multiple visits, and the one we liked best & will consider again. Hope they maintain the good pricing, excellent condition & cleanliness.

Good & Comfortable Stay
Cleanliness is definitely top notch as the hotel is new. Room is small however it is still manageable as my wife & I had 2 big luggages. Great location as it is a few minutes walk to subway Ginza Tokyo Metro, and approximately 10 minutes walking distance to Tsukiji Outer Market. Wouldn’t mind returning to stay at this hotel again for our next trip to Tokyo :)

Very nice hotel, but don't get the breakfast!
Very nice hotel: clean, good location, friendly and helpful staff. Just don't buy breakfast from the hotel: it's not great (small coffee, tiny orange juice, soup, tiny portion of egg, ham, and tomato). It's served from the café on the ground floor where you can buy exactly the same thing for less, or something nicer :)
