Overall, very nice. We stayed twice in one trip (before and after we went to Scotland). Would stay again. Very convenient to Victoria station. Safe area. Rooms are standard size for London but nice. Only true negative is restaurant/room service prices. Quite outrageous. Just get your breakfast/food elsewhere, and otherwise it’s great.

Terrible Hotel communication

Two of us stayed for a business trip. For 2 hours between 930pm and 1130pm work was going on in a room beside us. A shower was leaking. Lots of noise and hammering. We could not sleep and we were on an early flight. We have contacted the hotel three times on this and not even an apology.
