Hotel seems new. Beds pretty comfortable. Downsides: The lid for the ice bucket looked like it had mold under the lip, a couple tiles in the bathroom seemed loose, shower water pressure not great. We were only staying one night as a stop on a roadtrip, so not deal breakers for a quick visit.

We thought the hotel was new, not over 4years old, that's how fresh it was. The check in person was awesome, offering suggestions for restaurants nearby and providing a quick check in. Not a fan of open type bath shower but could have been ADA room, otherwise perfect for the night. Clean and comfortable.
