8/10 Very good

It’s about 10min walk from the train station and a very good place for shopping. Although it is close to shops and restaurants, the hotel is in a quiet location. The breakfast was good. They opened up other side of the room when it gets crowded.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location, right next to the Sunshine City mall. Staff were very helpful in amending my booking to add another guest and in helping me book a taxi when leaving. Fantastic amenities, including a Family Mart in the hotel, and the rooms were well-catered. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

8/10 Very good

We stayed here only a single night and chose the location based on its proximity to Sunshine City, a great place for shopping and dining in Ikebukuro. The staff were helpful, and there was a dedicated counter for shipping luggage to your next hotel.

Loved everything about our stay with the exception of the tv’s in the room were a bit outdated. There were only about 6 channels available and you couldn’t cast or log into any streaming apps, outside of that no complaints.

Room is dusty and we could see dust on the floor. Bathroom is always clean though. Staff at the lobby is helpful. Hotel is dated but location is the best.
