The laundry room is big enough you'll most likely find an available machine. The location is amazing, you can almost spend an entire day never going outside. I’ve stayed at various hotels located at various areas in Tokyo and this hotel is the most convenient so far. There is an airport limousine bus service to and from the airport. The hotel is connected to a large mall and there is a sheltered connection to the underground metro station, useful for rainy days! It is a fairly short walk to the JR station with loads of restaurants and shops along the way. The room is fairly large for Tokyo standards (20 sqm room) but there was barely enough room to open our luggage (2 nos.) at the same time due to the room layout.

This was the Prime Location!!! A complete mall below the hotel with underground connection to Ikebukuro station. Only a ten minute walk to the train station that has access to all the major parts of Tokyo. We could not have been happier. The room was nice and our view from the 33rd floor was gorgeous. Good shower and tub. Provided our pajamas and fresh linens daily. Even a family mart right next to the elevator. We ate the best ramen of our entire trip only 200m away from the hotel.
